What You'll Do: Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems Service air conditioners, heat pumps, ductless systems, furnaces, and more Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections.
Recommend repairs and upgrades that genuinely benefit customers
Deliver five-star customer service on every call
Complete accurate service documentation
Work independently while supporting your team
What It Takes:
Required 3+ years of residential HVAC service experience
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
EPA Certification
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Professional communication skills
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
Preferred NATE Certification but not required
