Job Summary

Duties
- Set up and operate various video recording equipment, including cameras, microphones, lighting, and accessories to produce professional-quality footage.
- Plan shot compositions, angles, and movements to enhance storytelling and audience engagement across YouTube and Instagram platforms.
- Manage camera settings such as focus, exposure, white balance, and framing to ensure optimal visual quality.
- Capture high-quality footage during filming sessions while maintaining consistency with brand standards and creative vision.
- Conduct post-production editing using media editing tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Adobe After Effects, and Adobe Photoshop to craft polished videos.
- Incorporate motion graphics, visual effects, color correction, and sound design to elevate content quality.
- Coordinate with content creators or directors to execute filming schedules efficiently while ensuring technical excellence in every shot.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in videography, filming, and video editing for social media platforms such as YouTube and Instagram.
- Strong technical proficiency with camera setup, operation of video production equipment, lighting techniques for video production, and sound recording for video production.
- Familiarity with media editing tools including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator), Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Adobe After Effects.
- Knowledge of photography principles and visual storytelling techniques to craft compelling narratives visually.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail under tight deadlines.
- Excellent understanding of video production workflows from filming through post-production editing.
