Part-Time Kitchen Support – The Arbor Coffee House (Warren, PA)
The Arbor Coffee House is looking for a dependable, hard-working individual to join our team as Kitchen Support. This is a part-time position ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, works well behind the scenes, and can keep up in a fast-paced environment.
Position Overview:
As a Kitchen Support team member, you’ll work under the guidance of our Kitchen Lead to help maintain workflow and meet kitchen demand throughout the day. This role is critical to keeping operations running smoothly and ensuring consistency in everything we serve.
At times, you’ll work directly alongside the Kitchen Lead, and at other times, you’ll be expected to work independently—so the ability to stay focused, follow systems, and maintain standards without constant supervision is essential.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting with food prep and kitchen tasks
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization
- Supporting workflow during busy periods
- Following preparation standards consistently
- Restocking ingredients and supplies
- Washing dishes and keeping stations clean
- Helping the team wherever needed

Kitchen or food service experience is a plus, but not required.
