Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Christmas Light Installer to join our growing team. In this role, you will both install and take down holiday lighting, in addition to assisting clients when issues arise. You will assist a Team Lead to gain hands-on experience before taking on your own assignments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Team Lead in daily operations, including holiday lighting installation and takedown.
- Learn and adhere to safety and quality standards while performing services.
- Develop skills in customer service and communication while interacting with clients.
- Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition.
- Participate in team training sessions to enhance your knowledge and skills.
- Contribute to a positive team environment and assist in achieving team goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy equipment.
- Reliable transportation to and from main warehouse.
- Valid driver’s license to drive to and from job sites.
- Ability to work from heights with comfort and security.
- Previous experience is a plus but not required.
