HOMEstretch helps homeowners and Realtors simplify the process by identifying the cosmetic improvements that will have the greatest impact and coordinating the work needed to get the home market-ready. We make preparing a home for sale easier, less stressful, and more successful.
You may often be the first HOMEstretch team member a Realtor or homeowner meets. From there, you’ll work closely with our owners and project team to understand their needs, build trust, and help create a plan for the homeowner’s next step.
What You’ll Do
- Create new and continue relationships with Realtors, homeowners, senior-living professionals, and other community referral partners through proactive outreach and consistent follow-up.

- Schedule and give presentations while representing HOMEstretch at Realtor offices, networking events, and community events.
- Become a trusted resource by learning HOMEstretch’s services and helping homeowners and Realtors create a practical game plan before listing with simple cosmetic updates for a home.
- Maintain organized records of relationships, conversations, and opportunities in our CRM.
- Track relationship-building activity and results while working with leadership to strengthen our business development efforts.
- Bring forward ideas and opportunities that can strengthen Realtor relationships, generate referrals, and help move the business forward.
You May Be a Great Fit If You…

- Are comfortable initiating conversations by phone and in person, even when you have not met someone before.
- Enjoy networking, community events, presentations, and relationship-building.
- Listen well, ask thoughtful questions, and enjoy helping people solve problems.
- Bring ideas and initiative instead of waiting to be told every next step.
- Are organized, dependable, and consistent with follow-up and CRM updates.
- Are coachable, self-motivated, and accountable for your results.
- Enjoy working independently while contributing to a close-knit team.
