Assembly teams help support the production lines by - preloading small parts onto racks to help load them onto the lines; complete secondary inspections prior to shipment; and assembly 'kits' to ship directly to the customers. These are not traditional assembly jobs, but more of a support role to the production teams. This is a very critical area. Some computer work involved. Counting accuracy is very critical. Attention to detail. Inspection and packaging of parts.
- Learn to pre-rack, assemble and package products
- Learn to read and follow details on pick sheet
- Learn to label and verify orders accurately
- Must not be afraid of getting dirty!
