- Previous hotel Front Office, Guest Services, Rooms Control, or Reservations experience preferred.
- Experience with property management systems (PMS) preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Must be able to perform guest check-ins and checkouts.
- Must be available to work overnight shifts a minimum of two (2) nights per week.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the property for extended periods.
