Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, spirits, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic options with precision and flair
- Engage with guests to understand their preferences and recommend drinks or food pairings to enhance their experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards and sanitation protocols
- Process cash transactions accurately using POS system, handling cash, credit cards, and tabs efficiently
- Manage bar inventory by monitoring stock levels, restocking supplies as needed to ensure seamless service
Requirements
- Proven experience as a bartender in a fast-paced environment, preferably with fine dining or hospitality industry background
- Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, spirits, wine varieties, craft beers, and beverage recipe development
- Familiarity with POS systems for processing transactions accurately
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally
- Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining attention to detail in drink preparation and cleanliness
