- Conduct product demos when applicable to showcase features and benefits, encouraging upselling opportunities.
- Handle cash, credit card transactions, and other payment methods with precision and integrity.
- Maintain merchandising standards by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring the sales floor is inviting and well-presented.
- Assist in inventory management through stock checks, replenishing products, and supporting stockroom organization.
- Use effective communication skills to resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally while adhering to phone etiquette standards.
Requirements
- Previous experience with POS systems or cashiering is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Demonstrated supervisory experience or leadership skills are a plus for those interested in growth opportunities.
- Bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve our diverse customer base effectively.
- Strong communication skills combined with excellent phone etiquette are essential for engaging with customers both in person and over the phone.
- Ability to perform basic math calculations quickly and accurately for cash handling and retail math tasks.
