What You’ll Be Doing
- Research and identify potential prospects within assigned territories.
- Conduct cold calling and outbound outreach via phone and internet.
- Schedule and participate in sales presentations (web-based, onsite, and offsite).
- Identify, organize, attend, and follow through on trade shows and relevant networking events.
- Attend scheduled sales meetings and provide updates on pipeline activity.
- Manage assigned territories, excluding current house accounts and existing sales staff accounts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support customer needs and sales initiatives.
- Perform other duties as required to support business development efforts.
What You Bring to the Role
- Minimum of three years of successful business-to-business sales experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Technical & Computer Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Intermediate to advanced computer and software skills to support sales and reporting activities.
Education & Experience
- High school diploma required.
- Associate’s degree or higher preferred.
- Previous experience in the electronics industry is a plus.
- Background in production, planning, or related fields preferred.
Additional Requirements
- Some travel required; majority of work performed in-office via phone and internet.
- Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
