Duties
- Prepare and cook a variety of pizzas according to established recipes and standards.
- Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner while maintaining high quality.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including proper food storage and sanitation practices.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient workflow and communication.
- Adhere to food safety regulations and guidelines to ensure the health and safety of all guests.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Cook in a fast paced or high-volume restaurant setting.
- Strong knowledge of food handling, preparation techniques, and food safety.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
