We’re looking for a dedicated leader to take ownership across all of our store locations. In this role, you’ll be responsible for solving problems, ensuring every store is organized, clean, and running at top performance. You’ll lead the sales team, oversee wholesale efforts, and step in to cover when others can’t. Essentially, you’ll do what it takes to keep our business thriving.
What You’ll Do:
- Visit and manage all store locations.
- In addition to leadership, you’ll actively participate in sales—engaging with customers and driving revenue directly.
- Ensure each store is clean, organized, and meeting sales goals.
- Lead and mentor sales associates.
- Manage wholesale operations.
- Step in to cover shifts when needed.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven leadership experience, preferably in retail.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel between locations.
- A hands-on approach—ready to step in where needed.
Compensation: $950 per week.
Pay: From $900.00 per week
