BCBA Opening – Lakeland, FL
Brightside ABA is hiring in Lakeland, FL — and this is a rare opportunity. We don’t often have BCBA openings due to strong retention and promotion from within, but we currently have a position available. This is a limited-time opening as we grow intentionally.
We provide center-based, in-home, and school-based ABA services to children with Autism. Our team is supportive, positive, and collaborative — and we prioritize both clinical excellence and work-life balance. With a strong back office, our goal is to take away as much admin work from our BCBAs as possible - tasks like scheduling, chasing after parents for parent trainings, conversations that HR should handle, and attendance agreements with families.

Leadership Opportunity
For experienced BCBAs who have demonstrated strong clinical leadership and mentorship skills, there is also an opportunity to be considered for a Lead BCBA position.
In this role, you would maintain your own BCBA caseload while serving as the clinical lead for the Lakeland center, providing mentorship and guidance to the other BCBAs at the location. The Lead BCBA works closely with and is supported by our Senior Clinical Director to ensure clinical consistency, support professional growth, and maintain the high standard of care Brightside is known for.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
