Healthcare Relationship Manager – Personal Injury Accounts Receivable | 1099

We are looking for TWO driven Healthcare Relationship Managers to help large medical organizations improve cash flow tied up in Personal Injury (PI) accounts receivable.
This is 100% a 1099 independent contractor position.
The Opportunity
Large orthopedic, pain management, chiropractic, and other PI medical organizations can have substantial receivables tied up for years while cases settle.
Our solution allows qualified organizations to monetize eligible PI accounts receivable upfront and potentially establish an ongoing relationship to purchase new PI receivables as they build each month.
Our focus is LARGE medical groups with significant PI accounts receivable—not small individual practices.
Warm Leads Provided
You are NOT starting from scratch.
Our team has already researched and identified target organizations. We provide warm leads and established target accounts for you to pursue.
Existing healthcare relationships are a plus, but not required.
Your job is to:
- Make consistent outbound calls every day
- Connect with decision-makers at large healthcare organizations
- Build trust and develop relationships
- Identify PI receivables and cash-flow needs
- Consistently follow up and move qualified opportunities forward
- Connect qualified prospects with our PI/receivables experts
We need someone who is confident on the phone, persistent, professional, coachable, and excellent at building relationships.
Healthcare, PI, orthopedic, pain management, chiropractic, medical billing, or revenue-cycle experience is a plus.
Significant Income Potential
Because we are targeting large PI organizations, one major successful account can represent a significant opportunity.
High-performing Relationship Managers who develop major accounts have the potential to earn a mid-to-high six-figure annual income.
Compensation is performance-based, and earnings are not guaranteed.

We are hiring only TWO people and intend to fill both positions within the next two weeks.
We want people who are ready to get on the phone every day, work the opportunities provided, build relationships, and create results.
