Warehouse Operations Associate
Pay: $18-$24 per hour

Mechollage is a locally owned, veteran-owned HVAC company serving homeowners throughout the Virginia Beach area since 2009. We're looking for a dependable WarehouseInventory Associate to help keep our operations running efficiently behind the scenes.
If you enjoy staying organized, working with your hands, and being part of a team that supports technicians in the field, this could be a great fit. This role combines warehouse operations, inventory management, and local parts deliveries to help ensure every job is prepared for success.
What You'll Do

Receive, inspect, and organize incoming HVAC equipment, parts, and materials

Pull and prepare materials for upcoming service and installation jobs

Deliver parts, equipment, and supplies to technicians and local job sites as needed

Maintain an organized, clean, and safe warehouse environment

Verify shipments using packing slips and purchase orders

Monitor inventory levels and communicate when materials need to be reordered

Process warranty returns, core returns, and other vendor returns

Assist with inventory counts, cycle counts, and warehouse organization projects

Keep company vehicles, warehouse spaces, and storage areas clean and well maintained

Dispose of scrap materials and outdated equipment in accordance with company procedures

Support the team with additional warehouse and logistics tasks as business needs require
What We're Looking For

Previous experience in warehouse operations, shipping and receiving, inventory control, or material handling

HVAC, construction, plumbing, electrical, or other skilled trades experience is strongly preferred

Valid driver's license with a clean, insurable driving record

Comfortable using basic computer programs for inventory tracking and deliveries

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

Self-motivated and able to work independently while contributing to a team environment

Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced workplace

Able to regularly lift up to 50 pounds and safely load and unload materials

High school diploma or equivalent
