Position Overview
We are seeking a qualified School Psychologist to support students in a school-based setting in San Jose, CA. This full-time role focuses on promoting students’ academic success, emotional well-being, and behavioral development through assessment, intervention, and collaboration with school teams.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct psychoeducational evaluations and interpret assessment results
Develop and support Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
Provide counseling and crisis intervention services as needed
Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success
Develop and implement behavior intervention strategies
Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and eligibility determinations
Qualifications
Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology
Active California School Psychologist credential required
Experience in a school setting preferred
Strong assessment, communication, and collaboration skills
Ability to manage a caseload and meet compliance timelines
