Responsibilities for mixologist
- Apart from bar operation work on SOP’s, cleaning and all bar related work will be taken care by Mixologist and supervise.
- work on innovative cocktail, specials and recipes
- Represents our brand and prepare signature cocktails.
- Tries new methods, equipment’s required, new products and generates ideas for creativity
- Prepare and work on inventory.
- Keep bar records and files well updated
