Overview
Tropical Auto Spa is hiring friendly, reliable, and customer-focused team members to join our front desk team. This role is the face of our business and is responsible for creating a great customer experience from the moment customers arrive until they leave satisfied.
We are hiring for two positions: Weekday Position and Weekend Position.
Car wash or automotive service experience is a plus, but not required. Bilingual English/Spanish candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide a welcoming experience
- Check customers in and out using the register/POS system
- Answer phone calls and assist with customer questions
- Explain wash packages, detailing services, and membership options
- Upsell services and unlimited wash memberships
- Earn commission on membership sales and select upsells
- Perform quality assurance walk-throughs before vehicle delivery
- Confirm customers are satisfied before they leave
- Help resolve customer concerns professionally
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk/lobby area
- Assist with opening and closing the store
- Support daily operations as needed
Experience
- Customer service experience required
- Sales or upselling experience preferred
- Car wash or automotive experience is a plus
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
- Friendly, professional, and dependable
- Comfortable handling cash and card transactions
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Must be punctual and reliable
