Job Overview
Tabboulee is hiring a Kitchen Team Member / Line Cook for a fast-paced, highly structured Mediterranean quick-service restaurant.
This is not a casual restaurant job. We are looking for people who care about quality, cleanliness, consistency, and doing things the right way.
This role includes:

Responsibilities

Prepare ingredients, sauces, vegetables, and proteins according to recipe and portion standards
- Build pitas, bowls, salads, sides, and other menu items with consistency and strong presentation
- Maintain a clean, organized workstation throughout the shift
- Wash dishes, sanitize equipment, and support overall kitchen cleanliness
- Stock ingredients, packaging, and service items
- Bag and verify takeout and delivery orders accurately
- Take customer orders, answer menu questions, and provide strong guest service when needed
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and operational procedures
- Support both front-of-house and back-of-house needs as part of a cross-trained team

Experience
Preferred, but not required:

restaurant, kitchen, or foodservice experience
- line cook, prep cook, or quick-service experience
- customer service or cashier experience
- dishwashing, cleaning, or stocking experience
We are willing to train the right person, but only if they bring the right attitude, discipline, and work ethic.
Schedule

Part-time or full-time
- Approximately 20–40 hours per week
- Day and evening shifts available
- Typical shift windows are approximately 9:00 AM–4:00 PM and 4:00 PM–11:00 PM
- Exact shifts may vary based on staffing, training, and business needs
- Weekend availability is strongly preferred
Pay
$15.92 – $19.00 per hour
- Starting pay depends on experience, availability, and overall fit
- Stronger performance, reliability, and growth can lead to increased hours and pay over time
