We are looking for a friendly and motivated Team Member to join our team! The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while efficiently preparing a variety of drinks and ingredients. Duties
- Prepare and serve specialty drinks, desserts, and other menu items according to recipes and quality standards.
- Greet and assist customers, taking orders with accuracy and a positive attitude.
- Cook and prepare ingredients such as boba, jellies, and toppings while maintaining food safety standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation, kitchen, and dining areas.
- Handle transactions, operate the POS system, and manage cash and card payments.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in food handling and preparation.
- Work efficiently during busy hours, collaborating with team members to provide prompt service.
- Restock ingredients, supplies, and packaging materials as needed.
- Assist with catering or special events as required.
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service, beverage preparation, or customer service is preferred.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and efficiency.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on hospitality.
- Experience in boba tea, coffee shops, or dessert cafes is a plus.
- Must be able to work as part of a team while also taking initiative.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds when necessary.
- Commitment to cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards.
