Responsibilities
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Assist customers in selecting the right Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, or Ram vehicle based on their needs and budget.
- Conduct vehicle walk-arounds and test drives.
- Explain vehicle features, technology, financing, leasing, warranties, and protection products.
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
- Follow up with customers before and after the sale.
- Maintain product knowledge on current models and manufacturer incentives.
- Utilize CRM software to manage leads and customer communications.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales and customer satisfaction goals.
- Participate in dealership and manufacturer training programs.
- Represent Pamby Motors with professionalism and integrity.
Qualifications
- Previous automotive sales experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work evenings and Saturdays.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
