The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing and finishing windows and doors in residential and commercial buildings, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship, structural integrity, and customer satisfaction.
Candidates who have a background in construction, building, or carpentry, who are skilled in working with hand tools and can thrive within a fast-paced team dynamic, are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities:
- Use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Transport, handle, remove, and install a wide array of residential windows and doors. Perform brake metal, sill repair, and siding work.
- Apply proper materials to ensure appropriate sealing.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe worksite in compliance with OSHA and company safety standards.
- Professional jobsite appearance and demeanor.
Requirements:
- Perform on-site installations as a team.
- Carpentry/building/handyperson experience is a plus, and willing to train entry-level.
- Work within the GSG/OSHA Safety Program.
- Safe and competent operation of hand tools.
- Excellent attention to detail and quality workmanship.
- Ability to lift 75 to 100 lbs and work at heights or in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Ideal candidates will live in Southern New Hampshire or Northern MA.
