We are looking for a skilled Panel Fabricator for our 1st Shift operations.
Requirements:
- Review prints

Check all tools for accuracy and that they are working properly.

Measure the panel to ensure that it is correct size and within tolerance.

Do a visual inspection of the panel for any dents or scratches before you begin fabrication.

Make sure the panel grain is the right direction.

Look at the sketch to make sure you have the right type and color of screw.

Retrieve the extrusions.

Install the corner clips, and caulk.
-
Install the extrusions and caulk stiffeners.
-
Do a final check that everything on the sketch has been completed.

Move panel aside so QC can check it and label panel
Physical Requirements

Ability to stand for extended periods.

Capability to lift and move materials as required.

Dexterity to handle tools and machinery safely and effectively.
