Certified Medication Technician Position Description
Provides for activities of daily living which might include using the toileting, bathing and washing, dressing, cooking, serving food, serving meals, feeding patients as necessary, removing/cleaning food utensils, ambulating, turning, positioning patients; and providing fresh water and nourishment between meals.
· Providing care and medications.
· Follow written and/or oral instructions to administer medications and document dosages and times.
· Monitor patients and report changes in condition or vital signs.
· Maintaining patient records,
· Clean resident rooms, living areas, and bathrooms using cleaning chemicals and disinfectants.
· Clean and sanitize floors, equipment and furniture.
· Operate various types of cleaning equipment.
· Perform other tasks such as recreational and social activities.
· Other duties as assigned
Work Remotely
