At Jack London Pet Hospital, our goal is simple: be the veterinary hospital we’d want to bring our own pets to.
We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and people-loving Client Service Representative (CSR) to help us create a five-star experience for every pet and person who walks through our doors.
Our CSRs are more than a traditional front desk team. You’ll be part hospitality host, problem-solver, and air-traffic controller — keeping things moving while making clients and pets feel genuinely welcome and cared for.
What You'll Do
- Warmly greet clients and pets and help them get settled.
- Answer phones, texts, and emails and schedule appointments.
- Weigh pets, escort families to exam rooms, and take patient profile photos.
- Help clients navigate questions and next steps with empathy and professionalism.
- Maintain accurate client and patient records and process payments.
- Keep the lobby and exam rooms clean, calm, and welcoming.
- Work closely with our veterinary team to keep the day running smoothly.
- Build relationships with our regulars — bonus points for remembering names and favorite treats!
Who We're Looking For
You’re someone who:
- Genuinely enjoys working with both people and animals.
- Brings a warm, hospitality-focused approach to customer service.
- Communicates with empathy, professionalism, and kindness.
- Can juggle multiple priorities while staying calm and organized.
- Is reliable, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable with technology.
- Enjoys being part of a team and jumping in wherever needed.
Veterinary experience is a plus, but not required. Candidates with hospitality, retail, reception, or customer service experience are strongly encouraged to apply. ezyVet experience is a bonus!
