UMI Sushi Hotpot & Seafood Buffet in Winston-Salem is hiring reliable and hardworking team members. We are looking for friendly individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Positions Available:
Hostess
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and greet guests with a positive attitude.
- Manage seating and guest flow.
- Answer guest questions and provide assistance.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
- Communicate with servers and management to ensure smooth operations.
Busser
Responsibilities:
- Clear, clean, and reset tables efficiently.
- Keep the entire front-of-house area clean and organized.
- Refill beverages, ice, and service stations as needed.
- Assist servers and guests throughout the shift.
- Maintain cleanliness in the dining room, beverage area, restrooms, and buffet stations.
- Support excellent guest service in a fast-paced environment.
Dishwasher
Responsibilities:
- Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
- Keep the dishwashing area clean and organized.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards.
- Assist kitchen staff with cleaning and organization.
Schedule:
- Part-time shifts: Approximately 5 hours per shift.
- Full-time shifts: Approximately 10-12 hours per shift.
- Flexible scheduling available.
- Weekend and holiday availability preferred.
Requirements:
- Reliable and responsible.
- Positive attitude and teamwork mindset.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Restaurant experience is a plus but not required.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
