Job Overview
Waltco Inc has Full-Time and Part-Time openings. We operate crews Monday through Friday. Start times vary slightly day to day depending on which route you are assigned to. All our trucks are GPS monitored, have 2-way communication between driver, messenger, and dispatch.
Uniforms are provided at no cost to employees. Brown/Black work boots are required.
This is an armed security position. You will be required to wear a firearm while on duty.

You must be 21 years or older.
Responsibilities
- Have a Valid Regular Driver's License for the Driving positions.
- Willing and able to pass a Company sponsored Pre-Employment Drug Screen and DOT Physical.
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. These positions are physical. There is lifting and moving freight daily.
- Safety and Security focused. Work with a sense of urgency.
- Friendly demeanor. We are a customer-oriented business. Our employees are the face of the company. We always want to put our best foot forward whenever we are interacting with our customers and co-workers.
- Team mentality. All our routes depart with a minimum of a two-person team.
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Obtain a firearm permit in your first 30 days of employment.
Experience
- Prior experience in law enforcement, military service, or security roles is highly desirable.
- Driving experience with a valid driver’s license suitable for operating armored vehicles or heavy-duty trucks.
- Proven delivery driver experience with a strong understanding of GPS navigation systems.
- Knowledge of basic math skills for accurate counting and documentation of cash or valuables transported.
- Physical ability to perform heavy lifting tasks regularly and work in various weather conditions.
- Demonstrated conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.

Pay: From $19.50 per hour
