Must meet the following requirements
- Must be at least 18+ years old*
- Must hold [a non-provisional, unrestricted driver’s license OR unexpired state-issued identification
- Must be able to move boxes up to 50 lbs., with or without reasonable accommodation*
- Must consent to a drug screening
- Must have good communication skills and the ability to work well with customers
- Must accept text messages from Company managers and other authorized Company employees regarding your schedule, performance, and other Company matters on your personal cell phone
Delivery Associates / Duties & Responsibilities
- Use a smartphone device for routing information, and customer delivery information.*
- Must be comfortable delivering approximately 150-160 packages.
- Navigate a variety of routes throughout the delivery area.*
- Must be comfortable walking and working within a 5-10 block radius in varying weather conditions.*
- Follow all local & state laws, and Company policies
- Provide excellent customer service and satisfaction despite stressful events conditions
- Keep pace in physically demanding job; work in all weather conditions and on
- various routes; lift and lower packages weighing up to 50 lbs. on a frequent basis; tilt, push and slide packages weighing between 50-70 lbs. on and off a hand truck without a helper on a frequent basis; get in and out of a van repeatedly throughout the day at variable locations
- Use smart phone device for GPS Navigation, scanning packages, conducting administrative requirements such as clocking in/out, and communicate with supervisors and other team members
- Unload packages from delivery vehicle
- Be a CUSTOMER OBSESSED!! We strive to deliver packages and smiles to our customers.
