Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour

We are hiring a Quality Control Technician to support daily quality testing activities in a laboratory and manufacturing environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, dependable, and interested in building a long-term career in quality assurance, laboratory operations, or manufacturing.
No previous laboratory experience is required. Comprehensive training will be provided for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
As a Quality Control Technician, you will:
- Perform routine quality control and quality assurance testing on materials, products, and samples
- Prepare samples and assist with test setup and measurements
- Monitor laboratory equipment and report any irregularities
- Accurately record test results, data, and observations
- Support calibration, cleaning, and routine maintenance of laboratory equipment
- Compare test results against specifications and identify non-conforming results
- Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and quality standards
- Learn laboratory procedures, testing methods, and documentation practices
- Assist with additional duties as needed
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- High School Diploma or GED
- No previous experience required; entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to follow established processes, procedures, and work instructions
- Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort working with testing equipment
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to lift up to 45 lbs
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
- Flexibility to work either 2nd or 3rd shift
