Responsibilities
- Form, pour, finish, and cure concrete for residential and light commercial projects
- Finish driveways, patios, sidewalks, garage floors, and foundations
- Operate power trowels, screeds, saws, and other concrete equipment
- Read grade stakes and assist with layout when needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
- Work efficiently as part of a professional crew
Qualifications
- Previous concrete finishing experience required
- Ability to produce quality flatwork with attention to detail
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Able to lift 50+ pounds and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and dependable attendance
