to join our team in Port Hueneme, CA. This role supports the reliable operation, maintenance, and optimization of complex heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems across our facilities. The technician will be responsible for performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting system issues, and ensuring all equipment operates efficiently and in compliance with safety and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate brings strong technical expertise and a proactive approach to maintaining system performance and occupant comfort.
Minimum Requirements:-
Active Secret Clearance.

Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience maintaining and repairing commercial or industrial HVAC systems.

Strong working knowledge of RTUs, chillers, boilers, air handlers, VAV systems, and BAS Controls.

Proven ability to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control system issues independently

Proficiency in reading blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals

Experience with building automation systems (BAS) and control calibration

Ability to use diagnostic tools, gauges, multimeters, and testing equipment

Solid understanding of electrical systems (low and high voltage)

Knowledge of OSHA standards and safety procedures, including LOTO

Experience handling refrigerants in compliance with EPA regulations.

Ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work in confined or elevated spaces.
Preferred Qualifications (Not Required):-
Certificate from an HVAC program.
The compensation range for this position: $29.00 - $30.00
