We are seeking a dedicated Kids' Corner Assistant to join our team. Our assistants are essential to the safety and functioning of our before and after-school program. It is a split shift: 7 - 9:20 AM, 3:50 - 6 PM. We would consider applicants for mornings only.
Essential job duties include:
1. Provide direct supervision of and participate in the social development of the children enrolled in the Kids’ Corner program.
2. Recognize and maintain a safe environment for children at all times.
3. Participate in the daily operation regarding the supervision of children as well as the general setup and cleanup, including but not limited to: · Cleaning tables and floor, · Maintaining cleanliness of carts, · Overseeing preparation, service, and cleanup of breakfast and snacks, · Maintaining an orderly kitchen and storeroom.
4. Perform other appropriate tasks as assigned by the building administrator and/or directors.
Pay: From $19.29 per hour
