The Executive Assistant to the President & CEO provides high-level administrative and operational support to ensure the efficient management of the executive office. This position serves as a trusted partner to the President, managing priorities, coordinating communications, overseeing schedules, and supporting strategic initiatives with professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment.
Primary Responsibilities
- Manage the President's calendar, appointments, travel, and meeting logistics.
- Coordinate executive communications, including correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
- Serve as a liaison between the President and employees, clients, vendors, and suppliers.
- Track executive projects, deadlines, and follow-up actions to ensure timely completion.
- Prepare agendas, record meeting notes, and monitor action items.
- Maintain confidential records, files, and sensitive business information.
- Process expense reports, contracts, and other executive documentation.
- Assist with planning executive meetings, customer events, and company functions.
- Conduct research and provide administrative support for special projects.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and streamline executive operations.
Qualifications
- Two or more years of executive administrative experience supporting senior leadership.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Demonstrated professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and virtual meeting platforms.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
