About Takumi
Takumi is a modern Asian bistro serving dishes across multiple regions of Asia. After the success of our first Franklin location, we’re excited to open our second Nashville location and are looking for kind, hospitality-driven servers to join our growing team. Position Overview
As a Server at Takumi, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences by providing friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient service in a fast-paced environment. We’re looking for team players who enjoy working in a collaborative restaurant setting.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests promptly and create a welcoming dining experience
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Provide menu knowledge, including ingredients and preparation methods
- Deliver food and drinks in a timely manner
- Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction throughout their visit
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables and service areas
- Work closely with kitchen and front-of-house team members
Qualifications
- Previous serving experience preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
