No Experience - CDL A Truck Drivers
Location: Ocala, FL
We are hiring CDL-A drivers for a dedicated dry van account based out of Ocala, FL. Already have your CDL? You'll run consistent lanes across Alabama, Georgia, and Sounth Carolina with reliable miles and a predictable schedule every week. Every load is 100% no-touch drop-and-hook.
PAY & COMPENSATION
- Annual pay: $76,000 – $81,000
- Average weekly pay: $1,450 – $1,550
- CPM: $0.65 – $0.70 per mile
- Weekly mileage: 1,900 – 2,100 miles
- Sign-on bonus: $1,500
SCHEDULE & HOME TIME
- Home weekly
- Regional lanes across GA, AL, and SC - no OTR,
- Same routes, same freight, same schedule every week
- Full-time, regional account
EQUIPMENT
- 2025 Freightliner Cascadia & Kenworth - newest trucks on the road
- Automatic transmission, ELD-equipped

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Operate a CDL-A dry van tractor-trailer on dedicated local routes
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections per DOT requirements
- Maintain accurate ELD logs and all required documentation
- Follow DOT and Illinois state regulations and company safety standards
- Ensure on-time delivery on assigned lanes
REQUIREMENTS
- Valid CDL-A license required
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Must reside within 70 miles of Ocala, FL
- Must pass DOT physical and pre-employment drug screening
- Clean safety record and responsible driving habits
- Recent CDL graduates are encouraged to apply — no experience minimum
