Warehouse Associate

Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will assist in the daily operations of our warehouse, including inventory management, order picking, packing, and shipping.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy and quality of goods.
- Sort, organize, and store products in the appropriate locations within the warehouse.
- Prepare and pack customer orders for shipment.
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Perform regular inventory checks and ensure accurate stock levels.
- Follow safety protocols and warehouse policies.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
- Basic knowledge of warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.) is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
