Crown Heirs Hair Den is a holistic, faith-centered natural hair salon built on one idea: your scalp is your soil, your strands are your harvest. We're looking for a licensed stylist who treats hair care as a craft worth mastering, not just a service to get through.
This isn't a chair-rental shop. What you'll do:
- Deliver natural hair, loc, and protective styling services at a high technical standard
- Educate clients on scalp and hair health as part of every appointment, not as an afterthought
- Build and retain a client base through consistency and results
- Participate in ongoing internal training and contribute to a team culture built on excellence and accountability
What we're looking for:
- Active Arizona cosmetology or barbering license
- Experience with natural hair, textured hair, and protective styling
- A genuine interest in hair education, not just execution
- Someone who wants to grow within a structured career path, not just take appointments
