Overview
Sales Manager — Fife RV Center
Fife, Washington | Greater Seattle–Tacoma Metro
You've been on the desk. You know how to structure a deal, hold gross, coach a sales floor, and close. You've done it in automotive — maybe you're still doing it. And if you're honest, the thought of doing it for another decade is starting to wear thin.
**What if the product you sold actually made people happy?**
RV sales in the Pacific Northwest is a growing market — Washington posted a 4.3% increase in new RV sales last year, and camping participation in the region is up 18% since 2021. This isn't a sidegrade. It's a better lane.

### The Role
You'll run the sales desk: structure deals, manage the sales team, hold gross, and close. This is a true desk management position — you won't be double-hatting as a salesperson or F&I manager. Your job is to make the team better.
**The team you're walking into:** We have a seasoned, experienced sales staff — these aren't green peas. They know the product, they know the process, and they can sell. Your job is to desk deals, sharpen performance, and lead — not to rebuild from scratch.
**What you'll do:**
- Desk deals and structure transactions for maximum profitability
- Coach, mentor, and hold the sales team accountable to process
- Manage inventory turns and aging
- Work with F&I to maximize backend performance
- Collaborate with ownership on pricing, promotions, and floor plan strategy
- Maintain the customer experience that earned us 1,700+ five-star reviews
---
### What We're Looking For
- **2+ years of desk management experience** in automotive or RV sales — you've worked a desk, you understand deal structure, and you know how to hold gross
- Track record of leading a sales team to performance goals
- Strong F&I literacy — you don't need to be an F&I manager, but you understand backend products and how they fit into a deal
- CRM fluency — we run a modern operation
- A closer's mentality without the burnout personality
---
### What We Offer
- **Competitive compensation** with performance-driven pay — top-tier Sales Managers in this market earn $120K–$160K+
- **Schedule you can live with.** 9 AM – 6 PM. Home for dinner every night. No bell-to-bell grind.
- **Full benefits:** Medical, dental, and vision coverage. Matching 401(k) after vesting period.
- **A veteran sales floor.** Seasoned salespeople who know the product and can close — you're stepping into a dialed-in operation, not a rebuild.
