Job Description: Groups and Party Attendant
Reports to: Floor Manager

The Groups & Party Attendant provides hands-on support for group events and parties, assists guests throughout their visit, and ensures every experience begins and ends with a friendly, professional impression.
All Groups & Party Attendants are considered Team Members and are expected to support overall park operations through cross-training, operational flexibility, and shared cleaning responsibilities. Cross-training is a standard expectation of employment and does not automatically result in a pay increase.
Cleanliness and facility upkeep are the responsibility of every team member. In addition, cleaning and resetting party areas is a core responsibility of this role.
Assist with the set-up and tear-down of party areas before and after each event

Ensure party rooms are fully reset, sanitized, and prepared for the next booking

Support group leaders and guests with questions or concerns during their visit

Resolve guest concerns professionally or escalate to a manager when appropriate

Handle money transactions related to group activities at the party desk accurately
Clean tables, chairs, floors, and surrounding areas after each party

Remove trash, decorations, and leftover materials

Sanitize surfaces and ensure rooms meet park cleanliness standards before the next event

Understand that party clean-up is the responsibility of both the party attendant and the group hosting the event

Communicate clean-up expectations clearly to party hosts while ensuring final room reset standards are met
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the party desk and surrounding areas

Assist with park-wide cleaning tasks when assigned (sweeping, mopping, wiping surfaces, emptying trash, restrooms, etc.)

Cross-train in other park areas and assist based on operational needs

Communicate effectively with team members and leadership throughout shifts

Maintain a safety-focused, high-quality customer service attitude at all times

Know emergency procedures for all areas you are trained in and follow them when necessary
