Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive diagnostics and repairs on various automotive systems, including engines, transmissions, and electrical components.
- Maintain and calibrate ADAS technologies to ensure optimal vehicle performance and safety.
- Utilize hand tools and diagnostic equipment effectively to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating repair needs clearly and professionally to clients.
- Conduct auto estimating for repair costs and timelines, ensuring transparency with customers.
- Collaborate with service technicians to mentor and guide them in best practices for automotive repair.
- Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques to enhance skills and knowledge.
Skills
- Proficient in automotive service techniques, including diesel engine repair and powertrain systems.
- Strong understanding of ADAS technologies and their maintenance requirements.
