Are you an experienced childcare professional who enjoys leading, supporting others, and making a difference? We’re looking for a dependable, motivated, and adaptable Sub Assistant Director to support the daily operations of our three childcare campuses.
This position is a great opportunity for someone ready to grow into a leadership role. As a Sub Assistant Director, you’ll partner with our Directors and Assistant Directors to help ensure each school operates smoothly while supporting children, families, and staff.

- Open to a flexible schedule and is comfortable supporting both opening and closing shifts.
- Schedule may vary from week to week depending on staffing and operational needs.
Campus Support
- Open to supporting all three of our campus locations.

- Stone Oak: 20615 Huebner Rd, San Antonio, TX 78258
- North Central: 12222 Huebner Rd, San Antonio, TX 78230
- Sub Assistant Directors are only assigned to one campus per day and do not need to travel between campuses during their shift, they simply report to the designated campus for that day.
- Experience in a childcare leadership role, such as a Lead Teacher, Assistant Director, or similar position, is preferred.
- Communicates confidently in both English and Spanish to effectively support children, families, and team members.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Leads with a positive attitude and enjoys coaching, encouraging, and supporting others.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and adapts well to changing priorities.
- Demonstrates professionalism, sound judgment, and discretion.
- Has a passion for early childhood education and an interest in growing within our organization.
- Assist with opening and closing the school.
- Provide classroom coverage and staff support as needed.
- Help maintain compliance with state licensing standards.
- Support daily operations to ensure a safe, nurturing, and organized environment.
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and team members.
- Assist with parent communication and provide exceptional customer service.
- Complete administrative tasks and documentation as assigned.
- Step into leadership responsibilities when an Assistant Director or Director is unavailable.
- Support the unique needs of each campus by working collaboratively with staff and leadership.
- Perform other duties that contribute to the success of the school and the children we serve.
