Kingston Data and Credit International is an international credit management and debt collection agency with branches in Florida, Ontario, British Columbia, and Quebec, and is a growing, progressive collection company that represents several national brands -- we are the 'professional alternative to a collection agency' for over 2600 clients.
We are looking for an team member to help grow our branch in Largo, FL and we are seeking an experienced Debt Collection Manager to perform third party collections and potentially grow as a project manager for one of our clients.
We are looking for someone to join our team who can:
· Represent themselves and our company professionally
· Maintain a calm demeanor
· Deal with delinquent consumers
· Either arrange payment or affect action on accounts
· Liaise with our clientele.
· Manage projects or teams
We require someone with at least two years experience in a third party agency environment, trained under the FDCPA.
Our office is unlike a typical third party collection agency ... we are looking for intelligent, calm, and experienced people who are willing to interact with national clients directly, perform data analysis, understand and build work plans, work with credit bureau data, and prepare files for legal action if warranted.
We would like to offer our new team member:
· A flexible work schedule
· Hybrid work from home/in office schedule after 90 days and meeting expectations.
· A starting base salary between $2700 and $3500 per month dependent on experience.
· Commissions and bonuses (typically $0-3000 per month)
· Branch profit sharing (typically $0-120 per month)

· Total package is $32,000 to $70,000 per year depending on experience and performance
