Big Boys Towing & Recovery has proudly served the St. Louis community since 2011. Whether it’s a breakdown, accident, or scheduled transport, we’re here to help. We specialize in turning tough situations into manageable ones, offering reliable service with a compassionate touch.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely transport customer vehicles with care and professionalism
- Ensure proper loading, unloading, and secure transport
- Communicate clearly and courteously with customers en route
- Maintain cleanliness of company vehicles
- Complete and submit daily paperwork accurately

Requirements
- Must be 21 years or older
- Valid Class E driver’s license
- Minimum 1 year of towing experience
- Clean driving record
- Able to pass a drug screening and background check
Schedule
- Monday–Friday day and evening shifts available
- 50 hours per week
- Rotating on-call schedule:
- Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and the weekend; or
- Tuesday and Thursday, with the weekend off
The on-call schedule alternates, so employees are not on call every weekend.
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly pay plus commission (after training)
- Employer-paid health, vision, and dental insurance (after probation period)
