Good Egg Cleaning Technicians are enthusiastic about tending to the homes of our NOCO community. Our work is fun, fresh, and different every day! We go beyond simply ‘lightening the load’ by focusing on offering impeccable service and cleaning with intentionality. As a small, eco-friendly cleaning business, we’re looking for dependable, upbeat people to join the team. No cleaning experience? Perfect — training from scratch is often preferred so you can learn our methods step-by-step and feel totally confident in your work.
Schedule: Weekdays only. Part-time, 8–15 hrs/week with opportunities for additional hours as we grow. (AKA, keep that day job, honey!)
Shift Hours: 7:30am-12:30pm // 12:30pm-5:30pm (*subject to change)
Pay: $18/hr during training (typically 4-6 weeks), $20/hr upon successful completion of training
Payday is every other Friday
Cleaning Locations: Fort Collins | Windsor | Loveland

What does training look like?
- 4-6 weeks of hands-on, in-the-field training alongside the lead cleaning tech
- Learn efficient, safe cleaning techniques and company protocols
- Training period ends with a short written and practical skills assessment
- Paid training at $18/hr
