Registered Nurse (RN) – Emergency Room (ER)
Location: Marshall, MI
Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: Nights | 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
Schedule: 12-Hour Shifts | 36 Hours/Week

We are seeking an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team for a 13-week contract assignment in Marshall, Michigan. The ideal candidate will have strong emergency department experience, excellent clinical judgment, and the ability to provide safe, efficient care in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients presenting to the Emergency Department.
- Perform patient assessments, monitor vital signs, administer medications, and implement appropriate nursing interventions.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and execute patient care plans.
- Recognize and respond appropriately to changes in patient condition.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation using Cerner EMR.
- Demonstrate strong communication, teamwork, and prioritization skills in a high-acuity environment.
- Serve in a charge nurse capacity when assigned and help coordinate department workflow.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of Emergency Department/ER experience – Required
- Cerner experience – Required
- Charge Nurse experience – Required
- Active Michigan RN License – Required
- AHA BLS – Required
- AHA ACLS – Required
- AHA PALS – Required
- TNCC – Preferred
- No on-call requirement
Pay: $2,100.00 - $2,200.00 per week
