This role requires flexible availability, including 3-4 days of availability, up to 28 hours per week. Scheduled shifts 5:30am-12:30pm, 12:00pm-6:30pm, 8:00am-3:00pm.
We're looking for cashiers, baristas and kitchen staff to provide exceptional customer service in our buzzing community café! We're looking for folks who want to share their passion for great coffee & food and jump in wherever needed. Your job is to support your team by providing friendly, efficient and personal service to each customer. Coffee & kitchen experience preferred.
We're looking for:
- A demonstrated enthusiasm for coffee, farm-to-table food and/or a desire to learn
- Prior hospitality, retail or coffee experience preferred
- A dedication to creating impeccable customer experiences
- Strong attention to detail and healthy respect for cleanliness and sanitation
- Ability to communicate clearly and multi-task with ease
- Supportive of a positive work environment
