Master Technician / A Tech – Prestige Performance Center
Location: Hopewell Junction, NY
Compensation: $80,000 – $120,000+ annually (depending on experience)

Job Summary
Prestige Performance Center is a high-end independent performance shop that handles everything from standard maintenance and advanced diagnostics to aftermarket builds — including turbo and supercharger installations, suspension work, and other performance upgrades.
We’re looking for a Master Technician / A Tech who wants more than just clocking flat-rate hours at a dealership. This is a chance to work in a clean, high-end environment on cars that make you proud to turn wrenches.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine and advanced maintenance/repairs across multiple makes and models with a strong Euro customer base.
- Diagnose drivability, electrical, and performance issues with accuracy
- Install aftermarket performance parts (forced induction, exhaust, suspension, etc.)
- Maintain detailed service records and parts documentation
- Collaborate with a small, skilled team on complex projects
- Uphold safety standards while working with shop equipment and tools
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong mechanical and diagnostic background
- Proficiency in electrical troubleshooting and advanced repair work
- Experience with aftermarket/performance installs a plus
- ASE certifications preferred but not required — proven skillset speaks louder
- Ability to work independently and as part of a performance-driven team
