What You Will Do:
- Connect with families, individuals, and small businesses to identify their healthcare needs
- Design custom benefit solutions using a multi-carrier portfolio, including health insurance, life insurance, Medicare, and more
- Guide clients through the decision-making process, ensuring they understand their options and choose the best plans for their needs and budget
- Provide exceptional service and ongoing support, building long-term relationships based on trust and respect
- Participate in ongoing training and mentorship programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
Requirements:
- A strong passion for helping others and making a positive impact in people’s lives
- Unquestionable integrity, honesty, and dedication to client service
- Willingness to follow a proven system and a drive for success
- A self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently
- A valid health and life insurance license is preferred; licensing assistance is available for candidates who don't yet hold one
- Prior experience in sales or customer service is a plus, but not required
Compensation & Benefits:
- Fully remote, commission-based pay with competitive earning potential
- New agent bonus program with potential to earn bonuses based on milestones
- Advances are paid weekly and earned commissions are paid monthly
- Residual income through renewals on all products
- Production bonuses and carrier bonuses for top performers
