We are a growing e-commerce business focused on delivering fast, accurate service to our customers. We’re looking for a dependable Returns & Shipping Specialist to help manage daily operations and keep orders moving efficiently.
Job Summary:
The Returns & Shipping Specialist will be responsible for handling customer returns, processing shipments using major carriers along with picking and packing orders.
Responsibilities:
* Process and manage customer returns
* Print shipping labels and fulfill orders using UPS, FedEx, and USPS
* Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently
* Scan items and update inventory/order status using warehouse systems
* Prepare shipments and coordinate with carriers throughout the day, including handing off completed shipments for pickup
* Organize inventory and maintain a clean workspace
* Assist with general warehouse duties as needed
Requirements:
* Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience preferred
* Experience processing returns
* Experience using scanners for inventory or order processing
* Experience creating shipments with major carriers UPS, FedEx, and USPS
* Ability to work on your feet and lift packages as needed
* Basic computer skills (printing labels, order management systems)
* Strong attention to detail and reliability
* Ability to speak and understand English
* Ability to communicate clearly via email
* Ability to work independently and stay organized
