Lead, mentor and manage a group of talented team leaders and software engineers.

Recruit, hire, retain and mentor top talent engineers, while continuously improving the team’s structure, processes, stability, quality, and deliverables

Take part in forming an engineering culture, vision, and cross-department processes

Evaluate architecture alternatives, take part in designing solutions, set technical direction and quality standards and guide implementation

Track development processes and assume full ownership and accountability over product delivery, quality and timelines

Build robust and scalable software components and services

Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders

Establish and execute short and long-term architectural roadmaps for the business

B.Sc./M.Sc. in Computer Science or equivalent experience
-
5+ years working as a backend developer with .NET Core technologies
-
3+ years’ experience in Angular/Vanilla JavaScript/SCSS
-
3 + years in team management
-
Autodidactic abilities to ramp up quickly on new technologies

Experience with public cloud (AWS, Azure)
-
Deep understanding of the web client and server-side technologies

Experience working in a startup company

Experience of working with B2C implementations
